The SIMS Foundation provides mental health and substance use recovery services and supports for musicians, music industry professionals, and their dependent family members. Through education, community partnerships, and accessible managed care, SIMS seeks to destigmatize and reduce mental health and substance use issues, while supporting and enhancing the wellbeing of the music community at large.
HOME’s mission is to create housing security for aging Austin are musicians. We work to channel the generous donations of those who love Austin music toward easing the challenges these legends face.
Founded 20 years ago to connect low-income, working musicians to healthcare, HAAM has grown from a scrappy, small non-profit to a model for other communities. Our organization is always evolving to respond to changing times and needs, but our focus on improving the health and wellness of Austin area musicians, DJs, and music teachers never wavers.
